TUNA TATAKI : 6 slices of seared big-eye tuna and albacore tuna w/ ginger, scallion
                            garlic ponzu sauce.

TUNA TAR TAR : w/ Japanese yam, scallion, pink peppercorn, pistachio nuts,
                               balsamic glaze

USUZUKURI : 9 thin sliced fluke sashimi w/ cilantro, sriracha, ponzu jelly and TOMO's
                           red hot ponzu sauce


KITCHEN

FRESH SQUID RINGS : choice of Tempra or Grilled w/ ginger soy

HOUSE MADE SPRING ROLL : 3 spring rolls w/ chicken breast meat, glass noodle,
                                                          scallion, ginger,etc.  served w/ TOMO's spicy ponzu..

AVOCADO SALAD : slices of avocado on spring mix salad w/ a shrimp and miso
                                    dressing

TOMO SALAD : julienned lettuce, cucumber, daikon, red radish, w/ steamed and
                            shredded chicken breast non-oil "dashi" based dressing and tons of
                            ground sesame seeds

TAKI-AWASE : kabocha squash, carrot, satoimo taro, shiitake mushroom and okra
                          cooked in dashi-broth.  served cold.
